Please understand that it takes some time for the developers make the game optimized for everyone. You can help out by leaving your thoughts/feedback in #old.
Please remove the fast crouch and slow prone. prone is useful in sudden fights when we get shot to avoid them to fire back, but slow prone makes it hard and we die before even reacting to the shots.
Also the stupid feature of crouch when we open scope from cover is just useless, please remove it. It messes the aim and can't shoot people because it blocks.

The aim is just messed up after this update. Whenever I scope in and shoot, and move my character left or right through the joystick, the aim messes up and moves downward. The similar happens when I am crouching and doing the same, the aim moves upwards.
And to my surprise, this bug just magically disappears and reappers on its own.
Please understand that it may take some time for the developers to patch/fix all the issues. Sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully these issues can be fixed by the next patch soon.

@ionic iris Try to apply this fix . Go to device care in your phone settings and clean your memory . Another solution would be to enable focus mode and enable Gaming Time and add PUBG MOBILE in that through your phone settings and play by having focus mode enabled. Also , look for any software and system updates that might be pending for your device . Also , it is possible that the software you are using to calculate FPS might be faulty .

Please make sure that your are using the correct Facebook account to login. Otherwise, if your PUBG MOBILE account is only linked to a Facebook account, this usually mean that an unauthorized person had accessed your account from Facebook, linked his own social media, then unlinked your Facebook account from your game account. That explains why it created a new account when you log in using your Facebook account.

So when i play on my Asia account I don’t get the usual ping which I’m supposed to get. I get thenpijg of North America
And after playing 2 matches on Asia on the 3rd match i get normal Asia ping

Regarding the 2nd concern, It is normal to expect such latency fluctuations when you switch between accounts that belong to a different server. It takes time for your device to actually register between different game servers.
