@junior ledge It is likely hacked. Change your Google password > add a 2 step verification > unlink the Facebook account > log out of all devices from the game.
I changed passwords of both google and fb..both with 2 step..also logged out of all devices..but it doesn't work

Unfortunately, you cannot switch to BGMI with this account. Certain countries do not allow their user data to be transferred to a different country. When you created the account, you selected an European country. Hence, you will need to create a new account in the BGMI game.

Consider that you are using the correct Twitter account to link, but the game notified you that it is currently linked to another character, it can only mean that you have created an account using the Twitter account before, @humble wren. Note that if you have logged in via Twitter from the login menu the social media account will be automatically linked even if you are in the character creation section.

You should try to remember which e-mail is linked to your PUBG MOBILE account, as unlinking e-mail/phone number is not a feature yet, the unauthorized person will not be able to unlink your e-mail link on their own.
