Your country/region can only be changed by you. Without your authorization, PUBG MOBILE will never change this information on its own.
You either intentionally/mistakenly selected an EEA country while creating your character, or have switched your country to one of the EEA regions. Once you have transferred your data into one of the EEA regions, there is no way to transfer out due to the GDPR laws.

Once you have transferred your data into one of the EEA regions, there is no way to transfer out due to the GDPR laws. Your only option is to continue playing in the global English version of PUBG MOBILE or create a new account.

If you can't access your account and you believe your account has been hacked then you need to reach out to the social media customer support, Facebook in your case. Also please be advised that the account security is your own responsibility. Do not share your credentials with anyone and also use two step authentication .
