From my personal experience : Tencent gaming email will reply after 4 5 days and most of the time they ask you to contact in game support because they can't assist you. Directly talk to in game support. In 3 to 4 days atleast you will have something!

In your case, there is nothing we can do. We do not optimize the game, nor are we capable to do anything related to certain graphic options' availability on specific mobile devices. Though, feel free to browse some social pages of your mobile device to get some answers, or you can always submit a report stating your feedback in #old, if you haven't already, @stuck ingot.
Snapdragon 732G is not capable of running 60 FPS or above, @stuck ingot. You need at least Snapdragon 855+ or above to be able to run 90 FPS, considering that your device has a 90hz display refresh rate.

been a pubg mobile player since season 1 and have played thr game till it was banned in India, after it was banned i was not able to access my account through gmail, the game directly created a new account which seemed odd because my pubg was linked to my gmail Later on i searched for my account through my character id in the in game friends search, i saw that my account was there but the name and region was changed, my account has been delinked from my gmail and the details have been changed, i can confirm this because the id is still der in the same clan i was in which my friend was able to confirm, this seems to be a serious issue, i have all the relevant proof of gameplay and screen shots of my account as i have been playing on it since day 1, the hacker has somehow delinked my only gmail i had on the game and has renamed it, please help me, i am attaching the hackers current id stats in the mail, his name is in arabic and when i searched for translation it meant 'kick me out', it took me really long to figure this oit because i did not have thr global version in my phone and the character id, i found my id because i had taken alot of screen shots of winning games and my personal stats, i hope you are able to help me, the account means alot to me, i can give you more proof if any required, please let me know.

Please make sure that you are logged into Google Play Games or use the corrected Google account. You should also try clearing the cache and data for PUBG MOBILE, Google Play Store and Google Play Games.
