I do not know of any limited amount of attempts, but you should be able to contact the customer service for account related issues as many times as you need to.
And i have another confusion too if mismatch was because of linked social accounts. As i see only 3 linked social accounts while opening setting but 4 social accounts when i try to unlink.

However, it is ultimately more to do on your end as you need to gather the information and provide it to the support agent. Once all of the information has been verified and is deemed accurate, they will be able to start processing your request.

It is virtually not possible for anyone to link more than two social media accounts. You need to identify which one of the unauthorized social media account was linked first, and the other two could only be a mere visual glitch/error.

That is very unfortunate. In that case, you will just need to select one of them to be unlinked first. Once the customer service has verified your information (account ownership verification) and processed your request for the unlink, you should be able to link a social media account that belongs to you.
You can contact the customer service again to request for another unlink of the unauthorized person's social media account (since they currently have 2 of them linked).

Piston, Noone of those 4 social accounts belongs to me. I access game only through Email. And even if i unlinked one account, that hacker will link it again as there don’t used to be more than 2 slots. Unlinking 1 means still 3 are linked

Unfortunately, I do not know the exact outcome for your case. You may be able to link a new social media account when the customer service unlink one of the unauthorized social media account(s). They may be able to do something about it, but I have no further knowledge than this. Sorry.

If your account had been suspended, please know that there is absolutely nothing we can do to help. PUBG MOBILE's policy is very clear that it does not matter who made the account get suspended, whether it was the owner or someone else using the account; because, as per the terms of service that every player acknowledged and accepted upon their account creation, the owner is solely responsible for securing their account. If the system detects that unauthorized activities have been performed on your account, there is no way the customer service can restore the account after a suspension, @hushed tapir.
Please make my case as something new and raised it to higher authority. I deserve justice and that hacker is the one who needs to be penalised. Not helping me is indirectly helping hacker.

This is a ridiculous request.
She has had the same apple ID for over 6 years.
It is connected to all of her apps, it stores all of her history and contacts and information for absolutely everything in her life.
And you're saying that because this game allowed her account to be compromised through its own email login glitch, that she should now not only suffer losing her account and the thousands of dollars she put into it.
