She actually found a receipt on her email that proves her account was linked to her email address- would that be of any help?

If she believes or remembers that her PUBG MOBILE account was linked to one of the e-mail addresses that she owns, then she will need to either try each and every one of them with the correct password in-game.

Additionally, she will have at least one social media account linked, and a maximum of two. So, she needs to identify and figure out which of these social media accounts are linked to her PUBG MOBILE account. She could easily do this if she can still log into it on her Android device.

PUBG MOBILE's policy is very clear that it does not matter who made the account get suspended, whether it was the owner or someone else using the account; because, as per the terms of service that every player acknowledged and accepted upon their account creation, the owner is solely responsible for securing their account.
