The version in your screen is 1.4.0.15106, which is not the latest.

That means a few patches have been released in the game and you managed to login to the latest version but for some reason you can't do now.
Maybe, because is the game is restricted in your region, as I mentioned update to the latest and you will access your account normally.

I recommend everyone to change their third login email password daily because a lot of accounts has been hacked and I almost became a victim but because of my friends they told me to change password when pubgm email password and I'd was leaked on darkweb, Please change your account password every day to make your account safe. I think the employees are leaking the email id and password on purpose or the hackers are hacking the account through scamming. Just wait till pubgm bring option to unlink email options. Tencent are just trying to collaborate with more big companies to grab much money as possible.

You can always try to contact the in-game Customer Service and explain the situation, but there is no way you can get it back.
