There are 2 different reasons for this ban: 1. You have very unstable internet (maybe an ISP or country issue). Changing to mobile data is the solution for you. 2. People who have a fast internet but still face the issue. Changing DNS will fix the issue. Please refer to #faq subpoint 4.11

@astral thunder Either you need to update the game or someone compromised your account and used a modified version of the game to login. The modified app’s version is higher than the current release. Only way to fix it is waiting for the upcoming updates.

As far as I know, you cannot disable it at the moment. Players can use your vehicle skin once you have applied it to a vehicle. They can override this and use their own vehicle skin by tapping a small (car) button on the top-right of their screen.

I am using the normal version of PUBG on two of my devices iPad mini 2 and iPhone XR and the ban details say I was banned for using the cracked version of the app. I recently deleted the app and downloaded it again from the app store as I was having ping issues after the recent update. Re-downloading the app fixed the issue but after 3 hours of playing my account was banned. Even though its a temporary my tier was reset back to bronze. I gave them my character ID, my social media accounts linked, their profile names and previous profile names, the first receipt of purchase according to my AppStore purchase history which is after me downloading the game, the receipt from 3 months ago and the registration date of my account which is something the game itself showed me on the anniversary recap and the achievements that are so easy that you do it on your first match such as the get 3 kills achievement etc also back up the registration date as being the date on the anniversary recap
I have given them the date I connected my social media accounts to it as well

I never unlinked my account I used face book and twiiter to play when it was hacked there was a gmail account which I couldn't even removed from my id I even contacted support for that
