He tried in many many ways to re secure his account but somehow this hacker find a way everytime to enter to his account. So for that he took his other account to play the PMNC because it is too risky to play with the other account but problem is that we can't register this account with our account because it was already registered. Change your email login password on the game. That is how they are login in into the gaming account. Rumors are that a log of emails and passwords linked to PUBGM have been linked and found a lot of evidence of it doing some research to save mine which was hacked 4 days back. There are people selling IDs on Telegram and earning thousands out of them. Mine may be lost now but you can still save yours.

What are these laws? They can easily rewind UCs. All UCs that was bought after the leak for the affected users should be added back to them. Even if some users get more, PUBG will not really lose much since UCs are virtual points. If they don’t do that then people will stop trusting the company and less players will be willing to pay again.
