As i pointed out it seems like the version in your device is not the latest and as your account has been logged-in with a higher version, you won't be able to log-in with yours.

There is a file named UserSettings.ini which is empty but people edit it so they can get low graphics or lower resolutation than possible by the in game settings. It is the game files itself and since it is a config file you can use the usual config commands to edit the settings from there just like any other game. I was wondering if this is forbidden too by PUBG Mobile? I have done this with almost all the games I play as it is part of the game itself and it is just an alternate and more advanced way to change your graphics other than the game menu itself.

As previously mentioned by Error403, there's a currently a fully investigation going on to determine the legitimacy of the leak on the issue, please refer to #questions message.

From what I've seen in certain channels about the so called "data leak/breach" is that there can be seen emails & passwords. Those data could have been breached on another unsecured website/application that has got no connection to PUBG MOBILE or Tencent. There's a high chance that PUBG MOBILE players have also registered on the unsecured website/application with the same email & password they've used for their account on PUBG MOBILE. If you use the same password everywhere, a single leak of that password anywhere puts all your accounts at risk. Using a different password on each site/application limits your exposure if any site/application has been compromised. I hope this is helpful.

When I login it says there's a newer version of the game, and I strongly believe my account was hacked

The support (brazilian support in game) doesn't help me at all. 3 years of gaming, livestream on facebook, all my linked accounts, bank statement, the credit card used on all transactions in 3 years that I spent tons of money.
