Sir, my account was hacked and scammer linked his social logins in my account. I’ve spent more than INR 1 Million in my account. PUBG Mobile is banned in India, InGameCustomerSupport is not available. Also no one is attending any request on Customer Support Email, Helpshift etc. I Seriously need help in my account recovery. I went to try it 3 years ago. And tied only at the end of season 2.
Why doesn't the game ask what the weather was like on the day the account was created?

Sorry for the sarcasm, but the game does everything possible to prevent the account owner from returning it.

I would really like some help. Toward the end of last season, sometime last week, I disappeared from the leaderboards. I contacted pubg support and they told me that my account was “under review” and this is why I am not listed on the leaderboards. As a result, this past week, although I ranked 2 in duo wins, I was not awarded the title. Also, current season, I am also not ranked on duo wins although I should be. I am very sad because I worked so hard for those titles and I have not done anything wrong. How can I get this corrected? Also, why is someone punished while their account is being reviewed? This is very unfair because any player can report someone but it doesn’t mean that they are cheating. Please advise. Thanks

I have been playing this game around from 2018 and never in my life have any problem regarding this game but on 2021 May 08 i was login with my account as i received a notification on the login page as your account has been banned for 10 years, i was first received a notification that my account is ban for 1 day , 3 days , 7 days and now 10 years.
I have spend a lot of time and effort in this game and reach a level of 73, I have been playing from season 2 this game.

If you have a suspicion of the player's gameplay or behaviour in-game, you can report it through the cheater reports form. The security team will be able to check the player data and see if the player had used cheats or not. You should not worry at all.
