I have purchased certain amount of UC'S in pubg mobile and the credit reached my account but the transaction between pubg bank account and my bank account was on delay and I had to take out all the cash from my account and then when the transaction was about to be finally processed, the money that was supposed to be on my account for the transaction to be made,the money weren't already on my account and PUBG banned my account for 7 days and announced me that they are investigating this suspicious action because I have made unauthorized transaction and after 7 days my account got unbanned. First couple of days I wasnt able to buy any amount of UC. When I purchased subscription they drain every UC i get from daily gifts in the game. Now Im able to buy UC but they dont show up it just drain money from my bank account and doesnt give me any UC at all. Thanks for reaction.
