You can change the password of your linked e-mail if you believe that it has been compromised. You simply need to log out, select e-mail/phone number as your login method, enter your e-mail, then you will need to intentionally enter the wrong password a couple of times. Once you have done this, you can select the forget password option to change your password. A verification code will be sent to your e-mail address, then you can change your password.

Once you have performed this, you can log in and use the log out of all devices option again to secure your game account. We hope this helps.

My account has always had 2 way authentication. I was notified and changed passwords within 10 seconds. The hacker has never lost access to my account since April 18th and nobody is willing to provide services ingame because it is a bot.

There are 2 different reasons for this ban: 1. You have very unstable internet (maybe an ISP or country issue). Changing to mobile data is the solution for you. 2. People who have a fast internet but still face the issue. Changing DNS will fix the issue. Please refer to #faq subpoint 4.11, @ionic iris.
