My PUBG account was hacked, hacker removed my email and unlinked my Twitter account so i cant even log in anymore. It is not Twitter, i have no issue logging into Twitter. It's PUBG. I've emailed multiple times but this issue is still not resolved.

yes, they told me to check with twitter's customer service but my twitter account is okay. its not hacked.

the hacker might've removed your email first, and then the twitter too, but all this within a span of 7 days is highly unusual, considering it takes about 14 days to unlink, if i remember correctly

ive tried, but didnt manage to reach that last message in the screenshot. they told me to provide a copy of an old receipt. there was no way to attach it via in game customer service so i emailed them yet again. thanks for your help. will see if pubg replies to any of my emails.
