Once you login to the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play in the global version with the same account, no matter the reason. This is a restriction from the Vietnamese government and developers cannot do anything about it.

Everyone is then assigned a rank based on your ratings comparably. It is important to note that all 100 players can have very similar ratings and therefore require similar Win percentiles. In these scenarios the highest ranking player may not see a big loss in points if dying early. However, when the rating pool is drastically spread out, lets say from bronze to platinum, the highest rating platinum player will see a large loss in points if dying early.

It solely depends on how powerful your device processor is; if the option is not available, then that means that your device is unable to support the higher graphical and frame-rate settings.
Only certain devices that has the 90hz or above screen refresh rate can run 90 FPS on PUBG MOBILE. There are multiple factors in this, and one of them is the device's processor. Even if your device has the 90hz screen refresh rate, but does not have enough processing power to render 90fps, then it would be useless.
I recommend you to watch reviews on YouTube before you decide on purchasing a device.

Getting disconnected and exiting a match will result in load out and your items loss. It does not matter which map you are playing in this case, as the match did not end properly.
However, If you have been killed in the 1st or 2nd map then your load out remains and you only lose the items in your bag.

it is due to the laws in vietnam, account details in VM version can’t be transferred back to global. you can either continue playing on VM version or start a new account in global version.
my friend got his stuff transfered back to global but he needed it for pmco in 2019. so its possible

I see. Personally, when i play on EU servers with hosts from the middle east, we often get middle eastern lobbies. However that's not exactly the case when a European is the host. Seems like EU servers just happen to have good ping for middle eastern players.
