After the update, my ping somehow got better (from 200 to 150) but the desync seems to hit harder and the damage definitely does not go through/doesn't seem to register no matter how many times I shoot the enemies, headshot and all, they don't get knocked or die... It's very frustrating. Also there seems to be some kind of problem with the joystick..? I'll be sprinting and it'll suddenly stop and I'll be pressing the fire button also, and it'll only shoot once although it's on Auto mode. (Playing on iPad Air)

Is tier important for these missions because I am doing it on solo and currently I am on silver on solo tpp. I landed on the fountain in los leones 2 or 3 times but its not getting counted

Unfortunately, that’s a glitch and you won’t receive any refunds, it happens when someone drops their armour and you’ll automatically just pick it up, you can disable this feature in the settings and don’t let it happen again by reporting in the feedback bugs channel
Sometimes back, my account was banned for 15 days, also many UC’s was deducted. After the ban I started to purchase UC’s from Midasbuy until my account turned back to normal that’s means I paid full amount of UC’s back to PUBG. Since, I’m only using an official website to purchase UC.
Unfortunately now again I got banned for 90 days so it’s unfair and doesn’t make sense for me as I paid the full amount back and get banned again!!!!

@clear spindle i did 3 times. I received a legendary backpack in Jan15. (North America server) played with it over a week, and One day i log in my bag was gone from the inventory on Jan 22 (Europe server). it was automatic switch to a different bag in my inventory. and never saw the bag again

I was in the middle of a metro royals match when a message pops up and it kicked me out and took me to the login page, I tried logging back in but the same message pops up, I look at my Ban history to see if I was and it said I violated the user agreement, I have no idea what I did wrong. @clear spindle when I first contacted customer support they told they didn't have a record of me receiving the back pack, close the convo. funny thing I always have same crew squad team playing with me so they have seen me playing with the backpack. and I remember the dates i received the backpack.

talk to her over a week gave her all the info, then no reply. a month later someone else response that was nothing to do with issue and close the convo.

I don’t know to say this. Even it’s just only banned 1 day but it still will reset all my points. You know what, i’m not using any cracked version or download from any outside apps except App Store. Lately, PUBGM is really unfair cause banned player without reason. A lot of hacker but didn’t take any action, if their got banned then create a new account. And repeat, So what is the solution? 🙂
