Hello, @misty galleon. There are not many emulator players compared to players playing on their phone. Hence, most of them either play duo or squad mode, leaving solo with very little players. Due to this, matchmaking time for solo on emulator will require a long time and sometimes it may fail to match you after a certain period of time. I recommend playing when it is peak time or play duo or squad if you are unable to search for a match.

This is something you cannot fix unfortunately, as it is based on how many emulator players play solo.

You will need to first recover your Twitter account from the hacker. You can do this by contacting the customer service of Twitter (https://help.twitter.com). This process usually takes a few days. You can log in via your Facebook to cancel the unlinking process should the hacker tries to do so.

You should also contact the customer service in the game to help you unlink the Twitter account.

As for your second question, if you have purchased UC through unofficial and unauthorized websites or otherwise, then it will be deducted. Well @timid fossil, The social media account should be linked for at least 21 days before the unlinking process is initiated. It takes 7 days to unlink it if the aforementioned condition is fulfilled. Sadly, this is the only way. :(

Why has my account been suspended?
