There’s a bug that bans you for 10 years when you are finished playing in a scrim and if you go back to play a classic or a room the game bugs out and it bans you. This happened to me and my clan mates, all 4 of us got a wrongful 10 year ban after playing FPP Gun game in a private room. We want everyone to help us out because it is not fair. All 4 of us have been playing since Season 1 and three of us have Season 1 stuff and two of us are level 80 profiles. Please help us , get this to Tencent for them to unban us.

Advance Safely, which will consume your Metro Badges, does not mean that you will advance without getting bombed. It actually means that you will not lose your current supplies if you do land on the bomb at the next stage. If you Advance without using the Metro Badges (the free one) then you have a chance to lose most of your Supplies if you land on the bomb.

This is not bugged.

It will not work. Because scamer linked his new email to that facebook account, and unlinked my number and email. I tryed to recover my facebook and i was in for a minute. I’ve helped clean up this community from the cheaters that infested the game for several seasons as a video reviewer. I’ve contributed to getting nearly 300 hackers banned. I’ve supported the development of the game by purchasing the RP pass and UC many times. Please recheck this unnecessary ban Tencent Games.
I’ve heard this has happened to other streamers in the community and they’ve managed to get through to the support team and have them re-assess the account ban. There's also been a lot of other people in the past day that mentioned they were banned after playing some custom rooms. What's going on?
The reason given for the ban is due to “violating user agreement” but it hasn't specified why.

Please take another look at the situation because I am a fair player that has been a proponent for clean gameplay during the entirety of PUBG Mobile's existence.

You can contact customer support in-game and tell them the hacker is linked their social media account. They will ask for proof of ownership such as the date the account was created and your 1st purchase receipt. If you can provide those, hacker's account will be unlinked instantly

Hi , I'm having a huge problem when it comes to playing solo mode with the with the emulator last couple of months, sometimes it shows very long estimated waiting time , while other time it shows less than a minute ,but yet, in both situations.. it never enters , taking into consideration that i have tried every single map with and without events

So in brief , i am an emulator player and I'm unable to play solo at all , it enters duo or squad normally

How can i fix this ?
Note :
I reinstalled, repaired and cleared the cache and data of the game several times, i freed alot of space in my labtop as well

I did everything you can imagine.. but the problem is still there
