To tell you the story, exactly a month ago, I was live streaming on Facebook using Omlet arcade and a viewer was smart enough to access my account. At the time my account was hacked, I was only able to use facebook to login and I cannot add another account nor add an alternative email (the adding a secondary account and email options were not available for me), but those features were available for the hacker, so he added an email and a google play account so now, he can use google play or email to log in to my account. I tried to unlink the account, but since the unlinking takes 7 days for the feature to fully take effect, even after unlinking, during the time of the unlinking process, he can still log in and the unlinking process will be cancelled. Additionally, the hacker can still use email to login, and there is no button for me to unlink an email that has already been bonded. What can I necessary do? The hacker can cancel my process during the unlinking feature, and also he can access my account even if the unlinked google play account is unbound. I really hope customer service can do something about this.
