A player can receive multiple reports, and sometimes false ones. However, this does not necessarily mean that they are a cheater. The security team will look into a player with higher number of reports, but if cheating was not detected via their gameplays, player data and et cetera, then a suspension will not be issued.

Recently for the past 2 weeks or so my game has been taking very long when matching. It’s not a one of thing, it happens every single time. Sometimes it can take 3 minutes for me to get in a game. It never used to be like this, normally matches within 5 seconds. My internet connection is very good and my server is set to Europe (I’m in the Uk) so I’m not sure why it’s taking so long. When I try play with friends in a squad it also takes very long to match but if they play without me their game starts within 5 secs. Please let me know if you can help fix this. Thanks

Also, things like language preferences in matchmaking settings do increase the matchmaking time. Try changing your matchmaking preferences and hopefully it will workout for you.

TPP usually has more players, hence faster matching time. You may also play at your preferred matchmaking settings at a time where more players would be playing. We hope you understand this.
