There are so such option to undo or revert back to your old control layout either, @mortal jolt. You can however, manually copy your layout from the Arena's to the Classic. This is tedious but this is the only way as far as I see it.

Keep in mind that some of the buttons in Arena is disabled, such as the revive button for example. So, you will need to manually move this to somewhere comfortable for you.

There are other punishments for such a player, a suspension is not one of them. The player can either be muted for a specific amount of time, or have their voice communication disabled.

@Piston already did but they weren't banned hence had to do all work again and upload video evidence, please check the video its also showing the in game reporting details and also the cheators playing side by side of each other and travelling in same vehicle in solo matches, don't consider teaming up as minor issue,

Please refer to the pinned messages of #cheater-reports. We currently do not accept reports of teamers and they should be directly be reported in the game. Please be patient and wait for your in-game reports to be reviewed and processed.

There are punishments for teamers, worry not.

I got this message after playing not even 8 hours prior, now it seems I’ve been logged out of my account. I still have access to the Twitter account I have linked and have since secured it by changing the password but still I’m unable to login. Hoping there is some way I can regain access to my account as I’ve spent lots of money in game as well as it being the only means by which to contact some of my friends.

For the newer version error, you will need to wait for the next update to be able to log in again. This happens when a person has accessed your account with a modified version of the game.

As long as you are certain that no one has access to your account, and that you have secured all your social media accounts and e-mail, all you need to do now is wait.

Once you login to the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play in the global version with the same account, no matter the reason. This is a restriction from the Vietnamese government and developers cannot do anything about it. So, unfortunately, for now, you'll have to either play your account in Vietnamese version or you can create a new account in the global version.

Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity. The most common reasons, all which gain an unfair advantage over other players and are not supported by the game developers, include, but are not limited to:

:white_small_square: use of unauthorized third-party software or methods—such as cheats, hacks, modifications, scripts, plug-ins, automation software, and so-called "GFX tools"—to modify or manipulate the game or its functionality
:white_small_square: purchases from third-parties
:white_small_square: forced refunding through Google or Apple, and
:white_small_square: use of unauthorized, unofficial and/or cracked game versions.

However, if you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking the File Claim button located in the bottom-left corner of the account suspension dialog box. If no reply is delivered within a reasonable time span, your only option is to wait until the punishment automatically expires.

Please do not repeat questions regarding account suspensions, in the Discord server. Contributors, moderators, administrators and the community team are unable to assist with this in any way, nor do they have the ability to lift account suspensions. Repeated failure to abide by this warning will result in a permanent termination of your access to participate in the Discord server.
