My friend is not able to play pubg anymore. He was recently then suddenly he started getting "Unknown error, please restart your device. Error code: 556793879" with OK button. Thats okay Piston the problem with that is that I only have 7 days to request a refund for the UC so if my problem goes un-rectified I am stuck with less UC than I paid for and unable to request a refund. This is why I think it is important to get this dealt with before that tine.

when you're in a call, Your voice is being recorded and the sound is provided by your lower quality call speaker. Which causes the in-game sound to switch to your call speaker. In your case having a headset connected, you shouldn't be experiencing such. Try a routine repair, you can do so via the login page.
Though, i recommended you check your microphone settings. Make sure your headsets Mic is selected.
