I do not have an iOS device to assist you properly, but here is a set of instructions that I found:

On your iOS device, open Settings.
Tap Wi-Fi.
Tap the i icon next to the Wi-Fi network you want to change DNS servers for.
Tap DNS.
Now remove the existing DNS servers and key in DNS server addresses of your choice.

You just need to separate the primary server and alternate server with a comma. For example, you could type: “8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4” without the quotes to switch to Google DNS servers.

Doesnt register my fired bullets, yesterday fired 2 clips of 40 bullets to enemy which was nearby like 10 metres without missing any bullets i see blood spreading but enemy didnt got knocked with m4a1 nor akm bullets.. i also realise my grenade throw time has delays like i can throw only 15-10 seconds later 1 grenade or smoke at time.. which isnt normal.. seems like my game doesnt register my acts at all.. game feels playing like 150 ping. it seems like an unauthorised person has logged into your account and modified the game's file. you should first identify which linked social media account was compromised or might be hacked by another person. do recover your social media account or enable 2FA changing password etc.

I changed my server by mistake from Europe to North America when I was looking for a room to play in. As I couldn't find any rooms in Europe I selected North America not knowing that my server would change nor was I given any warning that my server would change.

I request you to assist me in this matter as I cannot play on North America server as the ping would be extremely high which will lead to bad game experience. I'm also pushing for conqueror this season and need to play in scrimms and tournaments for my team as well. I would have never selected North America option if I knew that would change my server. Please help me. It's not fair to be punished because of something that is not your fault. Otherwise it leaves me with no option other than to quit the game.
