Ah. I missed the point where you mentioned that the user revoked the access; that resets the linked date. The registration date is the day you created your PUBG MOBILE account, but since most players do not have this date noted down, or even, remember it then it becomes difficult as the customer service requires this information to prove your ownership of the account.

We usually refer users to use the date when they first linked a social media account, because that's one of the first things the game would recommend you doing when you are new to the game, and this is the closest a player can get to a registration date; provided that they have linked a social media account soon after the account was created.

I believe you are the user in question for the issue aforementioned above. Do you only have Twitter linked?

There is another way to check this, but this may also not be accurate information, and could only give you a very rough estimate/date. This is only possible if you have downloaded the game on Google Play Store. You can check your Google account's activity and check when was the first time you installed PUBG MOBILE.

No idea how to assist you with this. You may want to check your file manager settings, and look around if you anything enabled or disabled.

I'm only familiar with Android, and very little about iOS, but is glad such an option exists for the AppStore. Perhaps as you mentioned, the first time you played PUBG MOBILE was on another guest account, and not the current one you have issues with.

• user identification of game account
• registration date of game account
• linked social media platforms
• username of linked social media accounts
• which social media account to unlink
• screenshot of oldest purchase receipt
• screenshot of first purchase receipt after July 2019

The customer service will not provide such a service if the player requesting for the unlink cannot answer these accurately.
