Voice cannot be changed ingame.
They are using Voice changer from PC which is totally different.

For several days now I have not been able to purchase UC. When I try it says “unable to purchase your account may be at risk (1138).” I believe the issue started because I wanted to become a beta tester however I couldn’t download the test app on my IPad. I used an old phone to download the test app but this is when I started receiving the error messages. I’ve tried in game customer service multiple times I’ve sent emails to every contact I could find and I’ve watched every video and read every blog about this issue. I have gone through the PUBG and PUBG Mobile discord’s but none of this has helped I have not discovered anyone who I can talk to about resolving the issue. I need help PLEASE PLEASE help me
