I entered the game, and during the game I had to quickly exit but could not exit the session itself. as a result, the server turned off and all the equipment that was on the character in the royal metro for some reason disappeared. the game mode was normal, 2 million worth of equipment was missing. is it possible to somehow return the equipment?

Therefore you lost your items.Had you died on the 1st or 2nd map you might not have lost the Bag,Armor,guns.

Hello, I am new here. And the only reason I join this community is because recently my account was banned for a day. So I am not sure if this is the right place to post this. Here is the story.
I had been using Tencent Gameloop Emulator for playing PUBGM for months. Every now and then, when there are problem (such as crashing and stuck), I would uninstall and reinstall it. Usually after a new update is released.
Today, the same thing happen. 'Unfortunately, Google play service has stopped" was the message. I uninstalled it and download a brand new installer from Gameloop. And, after I installed it, I notice there is something new, Gameloop 4.1.15.90, with orange as dominant color (previously was blue). Everything went normal until i log in to the game and it shows that my account was banned for a day because of 3rd party apps and plugins. I don't understand. I mean I was using the emulator since then and nothing is wrong, since it is an official emulator from Tencent. If I must remove any software from my computer (because it is categorized as cheating), then what software. Is there any list of forbidden apps/software/plug-ins???
