And without daily mission it goes another 16 rp levels total 32 rp levels of loss

Only 725 points from each week total only , 52 rp levels
And yes the new system doesn't give 48 rp levels of points not to mention this new mission and hrs of gameplay mission only favours 12 year old kids with no life

And this new rp system would only make sense if it would atleast give 1300 rp points per week from weekly missions
Or it would take only to reach level 50 to collect all items and yes there are not many things in rp plasters want or need which just unnecessarily increased the the total level to collect all items

When you complete mission, you will not earn RP points (to level up), you will instead earn Mission Activity points (it will be shown on the point rebate progress).

Let's say you finish a mission worth 75 RP points, it'll be converted into Mission Activity point. When you reach 1000 MA points, you'll get 1 000 UC back, and then when you reach 2000 MA points, you'll get 2 000 UC back.

While this is active, you will not be able to earn RP points (to level up your RP) until you complete the point rebate progress and get your 2 000 UC back.

The frame could only have been collected if you had reached top 500 on 17th night.Then next day you could have collected the Frame by playing 5matches.
But you reached Conqueror 19 at 00:20 UTC.And for your info if you play the matches after 00:20 utc on the day on which new season would come you can't collect the frame because the matches won't count at last day.
So basically B/w 00:20 utc to 2:00 utc on last day for season ranking you can't collect any reward for any of the tier.
