There needs to be a way to rebalance metro royal this mode is now unplayable unless you play too many matches. People should be matched by the value of there gear. It’s basically impossible to play nowadays. The hacker issue in all modes still plagues this game and the previous season may have been one of the worst. The marketing of ban pans doesn’t really seem to be doing much of anything.

@onyx dagger @fallow mason i have reported it to ingame customer service multiple times and each time it is closed with incorrect resolution forcing me to start a new chat. i repeat the whole thing and then back at step one again. i have spend money in the game also and sucks to be locked out.

i had a guest account on IOS(user: fireplague) and a new update a month ago signed me out...when i clicked on guest like i nomally do it started from the character creation screen and i lost all my content including UC. Trying any of the options in game is not bringing up my previous game. When i tell this to support via ingame chat they either close it saying login with my google account(i cant on ios) or telling me they cant authorize me despite authorizing me with same info previously. i have now opened the same service request 8 times...

@onyx dagger i get that...i should have but i didnt because i assumed it was linked to my apple ID via gamecentre since it shows there...but it doesnt pull the game save. is there an email i can talk to customer service on so they dont keep closing tickets without resolution?
