2 days ago, I tried joining a streamers custom room which was hosted in Asia. I’m from the EU. I didn’t manage to get into the room but after leaving the room settings, my server had switched to Asia

So now I’m stuck in Asia server for 58 days or something. I tried contacting customer support in game but it gave an automated response - so I emailed and they also gave an automated response telling me to go back to in game support

There are 2 different reasons for this ban: 1. You have very unstable internet (maybe an ISP or country issue). Changing to mobile data is the solution for you. 2. It has nothing to do with the map as you can see the 5 kills I got in squads in livik I got the snowflakes for that and there was one for 3 kills in livik before the 5 kills match which I also received snowflakes for but afterwards I just stopped receiving snowflakes until today

So I have 52 snowflakes I haven’t received for the 26 kills I got and there is absolutely no reason as to why I shouldn’t or wouldn’t receive it
