Its because you bought the UC throught illegal ways and not officially so they deduct every single UC you bought from the third party or unnoficial purchases

Hello . Why my server cannot change back to server asia ? Is it have any other ways except wait for 60 days? It is 2 month guys! I don't thinking that that it's my fault cause i'm just accidentally selected the europe server while setting up the room for scrim then the server changed. As of right now the loading screen is caused by the wifi issues,when your game freezes and crash maybe because of the device your using probably overheated or something you can report that in #old for the solution I guess you can switch server for now to a better one.

Previously, you have signed in for 35 days and then for some reason you did not sign in, this resets the timer and it started counting from the beginning.
Now you say you have signed in for 2 weeks continuously, which means your count is 14. when you sign-in for more than 35 days it will reflect on the game interface.
So make sure that you sign-in daily without skipping any day to complete the achievement.

Your only way is to delete the Vietnamese version and download the global version. There you can create a new account and you will be able to purchase UC.
