If your account does not have the change country/region option, this was because it was created in one of the EEA countries and due to GDPR laws, you are restricted from changing country or region; whether if you claim that you were in Turkey or outside of these countries will no longer matter because the system detected that you were in one of these countries, hence as to why your account is how it is now.
