What is your device? It should be located in your device settings and in the display section. You have to select your screen refresh rate from a certain hertz to 90hz or 120hz, depending on your device.

I do have the same problem. My account was banned for three times with the reason as violation of user agreement. I haven’t violated anything to my knowledge.
