Hi guys! I'm in China and playing "regular" PUBG mobile. I recently have to use VPN, because the game appears to be fully blocked ("trying to connect to server"). When trying to get into the game with VPN, I end up straight in the character creation, despite being logged into my Game Center. I just got banned in metro royal for 10 years . There's this bug that if you attach exoskeleton to your armour and repeatedly wear the armour , the movement speed will be very high , I think the system mistaken that i'm a hacker and banned me ,please help .
I noticed the system kicked me out of a game once when i was stuck with the bug.

Dear PUBG MOBILE TEAM,
On 3 December I was playing pubg normally but on the next day when I tried to open my game, I got a message on the screen that “ your account has been banned for 15 days for illegal topups and we will deduct the purchased UC and will continue to deduct until the amount of illegal topups is deducted “
I contacted your pubg team through in game support and uploaded a screenshot of the message I got but when I tried to log in again on 5 December it showed that my account has been banned for 30 days, the suspension time just increased.
I was inactive on pubg for a long time and when I made up my mind to play pubg again I thought of buying UC and I did purchase a good amount of UC with credit card. And my credit card had a charge backs because I made alot of transactions with the card and I got in disputes with the bank.
I never broke any rules and regulations of pubg
But I don’t really get it why my pubg account even got banned, first for 15days first and then it increased to 30days.
Please look into this matter and I hope that you’ll solve this issue

Guys solution for the 3rd party app ban... remove your game from built-in game booster app whichever your phone has ...and don't run any background apps that's it .I have tested and played many tdms not banned❤️❤️❤️
