I went into where you put into a room code. N was just looking at the open rooms and I hit the different server button in that part and it completely changed my server. I was banned for "violating user agreement" this morning after I had changed my settings a bunch around 5AM. I fell asleep on my phone and the screen turns off and closes background apps when that happens. I wake up a few hours later and the game restarted and I was issued a 7 day ban for absolutely no reason at all, I submitted a file claim and I have not received any response. I use a Samsung Phone that has never been rooted/jailbroken, I don't use any hacks or 3rd party apps (ie. GFX tool, etc.) and I have not played with any hackers on my team from recent matches, my merit was stayed 100 throughout the whole season, yet I still received a ban. Is there anybody I can reach out to that can help me resolve this that isn't an automated response support bot?
