Hi my server is Asia, theres a bug going on with the heal perk, and the perk where you run faster without weapons in hand in metro, when combined you run extremely fast even if you are crouching, i got banned because of this bug but i wasnt trying to trigger the bug at all.

Having 120hz display does not automatically mean that it grants you 90 FPS. You should consider your processor as well, if it is powerful enough.

First of all; Hello,

Second of all, can I receive a proper answer for my question? I do not wanna hear again anything about "customer support" which is a bad-programmed robot that will never help anyone in this world.

I've been waiting for over one month to get my question an answer, I've even contacted the PUBG Mobile's e-mail which in my surprise, their robot took a long time to respond, telling me they do not understand the issue as they're KR Support, even after I google-translated my issue in their language, looks like they don't understand their own language.

My question is: Can I change my age as I'm unable to use voice-chat / chat to communicate with my team, which they're constantly flaming me for not communicating through voice-chat and not on normal chat as well, I am unable to talk with my friends either. (A pre-defined team).

No, I do not have the "other" tab under the "settings" tab and I'm also using Gameloop Emulator. (As far as I read, the account age I've mistakenly set is 16 cringe and I want to change that as it is having a negative impact on my gameplay overall.)

I would like a proper answer and not a pre-defined answer that's triggered through a command if possible.

Contacting them via the in-game settings would be the better option. Players were given time until December 1st to contact them in case they have selected a different server unintentionally. Your chances of being able to change it before the 60 days cooldown are very low, however, you could still try contacting them, @timid pasture.
