@onyx dagger , a week ago I accidentally changed the server from ASIA to KRJP. After that, I reported and asked for help from in-game customer service to replace my server back to ASIA. And now, I got the message:

How is it possible that players who use cheat are not banned/checked. For example, I know a man who uses cheat every day, I was convinced of that when I played with him a couple of times. And right after that I reported, however, that man is playing normally today, without any problems. Today he told me the exact number of times I reported him (Date & Time) and deleted me from a friend list. I'm asking you, the principal. Please let the customer service know that you mistakenly entered another server and you want to reset it. Then, select No, they didn't help, Login/Connection/Lag Issues/server change and I want to switch/change server, and provide your numeric user identification.

You can't get your pubgm account back untill you verify that this account belongs to you. In order to do that, you have to recover your gmail account.
