A couple of days ago I contacted the internal support of the game explaining that my account was changed to the Asian server without my consent and they told me that they would reset the cooldown and that I needed to wait a bit. Now I don't know what to do because when I contact the costumer service to explain my problem to them, they just won't let me ticked them for "changing server" and I can't contact them as I suppose I already did it once and it was "a unique opportunity".
