Hi Team,
I am writing this email towards an error which I have been facing today while logging in my PUBG mobile account. I am getting an error that I need to download the PUBG MOBILE client app from the App store and my account is locked for now. May i know the reason for this action? I play my game on my mobile which is iPhone X and there is no way i can install a cracked version or sideload the app on an iPhone or iOS. I am a genuine and a very normal player who does not use any kind of illegal or wrong methods to play the game. You can watch all of my gameplays and there is certainly some error which has caused this issue. I tried to contact your customer support via 'contact' option within the app but nobody responded which is extremely disappointing.
I would request to please rectify it and restore my account with immediate effect by restoring all Tier progress and results. If you need any clarification, please let me know.
