Can you please share the step after going under the account section of in game customer service. My problem is that Noone is responding in my in game conversation for past 20 hours for the issue that I am waiting for the response, My server got selected as North America when new season started, but I am playing Asia and reached crown 1 there. Yesterday after playing 2 matches in Asia my next matches are getting counted under North America but it wasn't same in starting. I seek help to either change my server to Asia or transfer my ratings (crown 1) earned so far in Asia to North America if there was a technical problem. I have reached discord, twitter and in game support till so far but was unable to get the solution. It is quite confusing, will my server get changed to Asia and I continue earning ratings beyond crown 1 or my crown 1 tier will get transferred to North America (my current server).

I am once again contacting you regarding your Midasbuy website. The account creation system is broken. I cannot create an account by normal means (regular account creation, not via Facebook creation).

The error code that is returned when putting in the email verification code is 1099 I believe. It states that the system is busy.

This issue has being going on for at least a week.

Account creation was tested on Apple iOS Safari and PC Microsoft Edge browsers. Also tested with browsers in private and non-private browsing modes.

Please have website developers look into it and resolve it.

If you have RP ELITE then you won't be able to upgrade. And the RP your friend sends to you will change to RP points.

That is right, we only get one chance to select the RP pack type, which can't get upgraded or degraded further, sorry to hear about that. The sender gets a warning before buying the RP for receiver to make sure the recipient does not have the RP( any of the two types).
