heyo I was banned while playing pubg mobile earlier this month and I was just grinding erangel as always until it kicked me out of the lobby and logged me out and said I was hacking or something. I'll admit I was using gameloop but I don't think that is ban worthy. I can provide proof if you need to see that I dont have any hacks or something as I don't usually use them at all and don't even know where to start with them lol.
anywho I rarely play the game anyways and hop on every now and then when i'm bored I was just very confused when I got banned if that makes any sense

there are 2 types of people suffered in this event.. the frist one who cant locked in to thier current server and suddenly join another server then they locked into the server they played without permission.. the second one are the people who accepted the warning even it shows 60days until they can change it again

Joining a friend on a different server won't "lock" your server automatically. The server won't be "locked" until you selected one and pressed the OK button on this screen shown below. And if you are on that screen and you still selected a wrong server, that mostly due to being negligent towards the mentioned conditions, @frigid pagoda.

Hey i have lost 260 premium crate coupon scraps from my inventory. I have collecting it since s15. I have thought to open 30 premium crates bu t when is buy premium coupon scraps from redeem shop and opened inventory i saw there is only 43 remaining. Plz solve this glitch or problem.
