No, there was an option to select between HD textures and low-textures when you opened the game for the first time after updating it, @violet mist. Looking at your screenshot, it looks like you have downloaded the low-texture one.

It depends on which server you chose, @strong orchid. If you are the leader of the team, and invite your friends who plays on Asia, they will automatically be switched to your preferred server (in this case is most likely Europe).
