It takes this long because of high numbers of reports received by security team. On investigation, if any abnormalities were found, account gets banned. If the account is not banned, either no abnormalities were found or the proof wasn't enough to prove cheating. So you have to get a better proof. And no need to mention community team for your queries. You can post your query and someone will reply

You will be connected to a customer service representative as soon as possible. You will just need to be patient until your support ticket is received, @south rapids. This is further explained on subpoint 5.4 in #faq. Once you reach the customer service, the FAQ bot will ask you some questions. Select the correct choices so that the bot can redirect you to the proper customer service representative. The support will request you some information to prove that you own the account. Once you submit the necessary answers and files, you will just need to wait.

My account was hacked four months ago and the person activated the cheating tools and linked to a phone number, but without its benefit because the link cancellation feature was not present and sent for support, but without its benefit. For the game
