The ping issue is on every server. It says 55ms but the character doesn't pick up loot quickly and the doors takes at least 2 seconds before opening. Everything is slow in this update. It's as if we're playing on 900ms even when the game says 50.

Once you reach the customer service, the FAQ bot will ask you some questions. Select the correct choices so that the bot can redirect you to the proper customer service representative. The support will request you some information to prove that you own the account. Once you submit the necessary answers and files, you will just need to wait. Response time may vary and it may take some time till you receive a response. Kindly refer to the sub point 5.4 in the #faq channel.

someone (a friend) entered my Account and without telling me he linked the email/phone option to my Account and he disturbing me.
I contacted the In-Game Support and it was very helpful and they reply in less than 30 minutes.
At Night i contacted them and they ask me some questions to verify i own the account. i wake up! the email/phone option is removed and that's really nice in less than 24h.
for every saying In-Game Support Don't answer or not helpful.
Jsut use the right way then your case will be directly go to the responsible agent.
the problem have been solved in less than 6 hours.

Why has my account been suspended?
