Any mod that can help me solve my issue/bug
Problem: my fire button is not working properly
Explanation: my fire button is played at top left corner of my device. It is fully Enlarged and yet sometimes even after I tap correctly the gun doesn't shoot and i have to tap again and then it shoots.
Frequency of the problem: atleast 2-3 times per match
Device: iPad 2018
Plz help me solve this problem ASAP. It was not there before and has appeared after the new update. It gets very frustrating especially during a 1v1 situation where I tap the shoot button and the gun does not shoot. It mostly happens when I scope in to shoot.

iOS bug. When my mic is turn on I can’t hear footstep and gunshot around unless I turn off my mic. Tried airpod, earpiece and non but same issue. I tried repair uninstall but still d bug is there. When I turn my mic on it will be like my volume is lower which is not. Please fix.

I'm assuming you play on iOS, @woeful yarrow, as not being able to paste IGN/symbols in search bar isn't a bug, iOS disabled it due to privacy reasons, it works just fine on Android and Gameloop (Emulator).

I'm experiencing so much lag after the update on my sd845 android device. There was no lag before the update. I hardly get around 30 fps after the update. There was never a minute without lag. Tdms,arcades,classics, everything lags after update. But when I played from another account on the same device, the game was so smooth with no frame drops. Only with my main account I'm experiencing the frame drop in every match. What could be the reason or is it the game fault as many of my friends have this problem too.

Scope cant slide while firing but camera rotation with ADS is already enabled.

Low loot on high risk area. Useless Pochinki, Novorepnoye, Yasnaya and Georgopol. Remove those location so it'll free more space. They're useless, what is the point of landing on high risk area if no loot available at the location? Definetly pointless!

If bug keep occouring, I suggest do a code rewrite. Yes it may take a long time, but dev team should take their time improving the game. Ignore people telling you to rush.

Spectating is so glitched- often can’t hear shots and enemies only appear when they get shot, sometimes the game is in black and white in spectator mode in TDMs. Overall Spectating is just so broken

Umm my witness of the truth achievement hasn’t completed, even though I watched the videos on the spawn island many times it didn’t count, I thought it did I just noticed it didn’t, on another account of mine it counted a few times then got stuck

The update is very good and well-designed. The graphics has also improved. But the problem is that many bugs, glitches and lag raised after the new update. Such as- Visual bug(invisible car, invisible enemies, invisible teammates et cetera); Microphone problem, ping issue and else more. The new update is very disappointing. There's always a bug in friend list since season 9 before 19.0 verison friend list doesn't refresh it shows that player has been in match for 4 hours or 5 after 19.0 v there was delay showing up friends comes slowly one after one...Now in v1.0 if u r searching for one in friend list i have 400 friends let me explain if i search one u go down suddenly list it goes up i hope u understand because english is not my primary or second language...FUXK YOU PUBG OR BUGG

@languid shell You actually can't kill 3 players in a row with headshots using M16A. Because you need 3 shots to kill 3 players and that can only be done using Bolt-Actions. I think.

Hi, two really annoying things that would be great to work out..

(Img1) First thing is on the new training ground, there is an exit button on top left on the screen. Lot of players use this location for the shooting button, making it really hard to train properly. Could this button be possibly hidden or movable? (option)

Second (img2), while editing the buttons positions, the setting window is overlaying with anything you would like to put under, making it then impossible to further editing. In COD mobile they made this setting window movable, which is just so good.. why can’t we have the same for pubg?

2 things stop trolls in 1 vs 1 matches just waited nearly 16 mins till they "completed" the match... Kick them if they have longer sight at each other for 15 seconds without firing so others can play
Second thing do something with matchmaking in quick games just played domination against 4 guys with 1 noob on my side couldn't turn the match in my favor even after 46 kills just connect people when someone disconnects so the game remains fair for both sides

Hi, since custom skin weapons was firstly introduced in the game it never load the correct skin on first app opening.
I have always to go into my inventory and then press on weapon category where I have the skin.

Take this as a feedback. Gameloop 4.4 got faster after the Pubg Mobile 1.0 update. However, Gameloop 7.1 Beta slowed down after Pubg mobile 1.0 update, even when first opening the game it opens too late. Gameloop 4.4, on the contrary, enters faster. After the new update, the performance of gameloop 4.4 has improved, 7.1 Beta's performance has dropped.

Dear team,

Last season (14) I reached Ace tier and played much more than 5 games while remaining in the same tier. I received my name tag automatically when I logged in today.

However to my surprise, I did not receieve my Season 14 Ace Parachute. I just found out via Discord (@meager willow) that the Ace parachute reward needs to be collected manually.

And now that Season 15 has started, I am not able to go back and collect the reward.

Honestly it's a loss for me for having earned the reward but missing to collect it.

When I play with this Indian on middle east my ping (160 .170) no LAG and no ping issue .WHEN I don't play with him like random Mean PAKISTANI players my ping is 55.68 but in 2.3 min after landing my ping goes to 900+ not just my all my teammates

Only works on iOS

Go to settings > Keyboard > Text Replacement > Press the + in top right corner
You’ll be on a page that says Phrase and Shortcut
Phrase is where you can paste the username
And shortcut can be anything
For example I’ll put my Phrase as 嚒lanie٭॰ं because that’s the username I want and due to the recent update iOS doesn’t let you directly copy and paste it in rename cards. Shortcut can be anything, in this case my shortcut was test1.
Next open the game and get a rename card, type in the shortcut word and your username should paste

Hi. I play this Game 15 seasons. I was 2 Times in PMCO etc. From today i will stop to play this Game anymore. Full cheaters. I cant play classic and have a fun. Fun I have only when I play scrims. But I think this game it’s not only for scrims. So I decide after 2 years and half to delete this game. Like the PUBG on steam. They don’t have any more players. They put bots there. Only Call of duty ( Activision ) not the chinese make a seriously ban. They ban your components of pc. Why you don’t ban them on device ? They will not hack again if you ban them on device.

There's some sort of a new hack that literally stops the srvr , the pings gets suddenly higher , after that everything stops , when u move it keeps getting u to the 1st place u've been , only the bots & the hack user r able to move!! I've been reporting it for ages now but it's just going ridiculous more n more , it's a huge prblm for people who r rushing their ranks , pls report it directly to customer service , they need to do something about it quickly

The ping issue is on every server. It says 55ms but the character doesn't pick up loot quickly and the doors takes at least 2 seconds before opening. Everything is slow in this update. It's as if we're playing on 900ms even when the game says 50.

Here is what I think can stop cheaters in PUBGM.

Back in September 2017 Valve released CS:GO in China.

Firstly Valve decided to team up with publisher 'Perfect World'.

Secondly 'Perfect World' gets users to verify their identity. This being a 16 Digit Chinese National ID that is provided to every citizen. (Not just going to focus on China here but the equivalent could be a Passport or National Insurance Number from other countries.) Everyone who has their ID verified will be placed on one set of servers, where as everyone else who hasn't will be put on another set. Think of Prime matchmaking in CS:GO but with Government Issued ID instead of a phone number.

So if the PUBG devs did the same thing this would massively restrict cheaters. Eg. If they have a verified account, cheat and get banned. Not only will the developers know exactly who they are, but they can permanently stop you from being able to play again because the cheater linked their ID. If somebody decided to buy the game and not enter their ID, they would be restricted to none verified servers most likely with other hackers. I can imagine hackers playing against hackers would get boring quite quickly but who knows it could birth 'Hacker vs Hacker' or something stupid.

I know there are some flaws still with this method of blocking out hackers, and no I'm not just targeting China. This COULD be used world wide to persuade/stop hackers. One thing to note is that developers obviously earn quite a bit of money from hackers re-buying the game over and over after they've been banned. Stolen credit cards or not, its still income for the company if not returned. So it is down to PUBG to decide what their best cause of action is to stop hacking, and if its even in their best interest to a certain point which I hope it is. They are focusing heavily on their anti-cheat but this could be another option.

Many Thanks for PUBG Mobile In-Game Support.
i was having a problem:
someone (a friend) entered my Account and without telling me he linked the email/phone option to my Account and he disturbing me.
I contacted the In-Game Support and it was very helpful and they reply in less than 30 minutes.
At Night i contacted them and they ask me some questions to verify i own the account. i wake up! the email/phone option is removed and that's really nice in less than 24h.
for every saying In-Game Support Don't answer or not helpful.
Jsut use the right way then your case will be directly go to the responsible agent.
the problem have been solved in less than 6 hours.

  1. Customer Support related to account being compromised, via the same compromised account, and NOT via registered email and Contact Number is clearly not a good thing.

  2. And for an issue like this... making actual users, paid customers of the App, wait MONTHS or maybe forever to even provide actual help to them... Shame!

  3. PUBGM isnt the only app out there that gets this many Support requests per day, but they manage to fin heish the issue within days. Go to Google play store support and see how much time it takes to connect to a real human Assistant!

I also wanna mention about the problem of hackers in the FPP mode ASIA servers. I have been facing hackers almost every game since last two seasons now. The situation is so worse that we sometimes gets multiple hackers in the same match. Please look into it PLEASE.

I talked to one of the hacker and he told me that he use the same hacks in the TPP, he will get banned immediately. So I believe, it is FPP specific.
