Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity. About a month ago at 3 pm i was logged into my pubgm account and was playing. Everything was fine. I had around 513uc in my account as i have been contributing in the elite royal pass since season 8. But on the same day 11:30pm when i decided to login again. All of my uc was gone and all the popularities that were giveable also disappeared. I check into my facebook account to see if i can get to know something from there and yes i did, someone from Indonesia somehow logged into my account and did all this. I even have a screen shot as a proof
I tried to contact pubgm support in everywhich way and this is tha last way to get some help.
Plz consider this and help me if anyone can in any way
