The past week has been the worst experience I've ever had with this game, and I've been playing since the game was released. At random I can't look around at all, usually when I'm fighting someone and start shooting, I'm just stuck looking forward and can't look around unless I use gyro, this has been an issue for over a month, but this last week it's happened much more than normal. This game isn't fun when the devs refuse to fix these bugs. I know I'm not hitting a wrong button because I moved any buttons that could potentially mess me up to somewhere out of the way. There are way more hackers now too. Also, I had a bug where my first aid kits wouldn't show up in the quick heal bar, only to show up 20 seconds later, and by then it was too late, the blue zone killed me. Not to mention the regular crashes since the previous update. I'm on an iPhone Xs max, there's no reason I should be having so many issues.

I've been reporting bugs since the game came out. Half of them never get fixed. e.g. the bug with the vehicles that prevents them from going full speed, and causes them to slide around. Never got fixed, even after over a year, it's still around. I did report to the bug channel too, but I almost feel like the devs don't even check it, and don't care. This is the lowest point of pubg mobile. I was considering getting a new gaming phone, but maybe I'll just buy an xbox and switch to call of duty warzone, a game with devs that actually solve issues.

Yes, this first picture is the account it logs me into. And the second picture is my account.
I have logged into my Apple ID on Game Center. And when I open the pubg app, it does not give me an option to load My ReggieRetro account. Now the ReggieRetro account IS linked to my Apple ID/Game Center. I do have receipts if those will help.

Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity. The most common reasons, all which gain an unfair advantage over other players and are not supported by the game developers, include, but are not limited to:

:white_small_square: use of unauthorized third-party software or methods—such as cheats, hacks, modifications, scripts, plug-ins, automation software, and so-called "GFX tools"—to modify or manipulate the game or its functionality;
:white_small_square: purchases from third-parties;
:white_small_square: forced refunding through Google or Apple, and;
:white_small_square: use of unauthorized, unofficial and/or cracked game versions.

However, if you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking the File Claim button located in the bottom-left corner of the account suspension dialog box. If no reply is delivered within a reasonable time span, your only option is to wait until the punishment automatically expires.

Please do not repeat questions regarding account suspensions, in the Discord server. Contributors, moderators, administrators, and the community team are unable to assist with this in any way, nor do they have the ability to lift account suspensions. Repeated failure to abide by this warning will result in a permanent termination of your access to participate in the Discord server.

Alright, this is getting ridiculous. The crew challenges are full of cheaters, to the point where there's no point in competing. Look at the SA server, the leading team got 228 kills in 3 games. You're telling me that those aren't cheaters? 76 kills each game, that's insane. That means that almost everyone in that game was killed by those cheaters, and the same is happening in almost every other crew challenge match. It's not even worth playing since the hackers are so rampant.

Yesterday I got demoted to Ace even when my server ranking was 470, today, over here, the server resets at 5:50AM and my server ranking was/is 402.
Now its 5:55 and still I didn't get conqueror.
