The ping you see on the speed test just shows the response time to reach the speed test servers. The game servers are farther away and have much more connected users, so you cannot compare these ping values.

@undone plinth unfortunately when the crates have too much different items, it is not easy to get an item of your choice from them. If you really need an item you can wait if it comes to the shop and purchase it.
