The bug consist of weird sensivity lock when rapidly moving around. When moving rapidly to the side it locks into a point and to keep on moving you have to take off your finger and put your finger back on and repeat in order to move more.
Tried turning off game centre features.
Repaired Client and Uninstalled the game but it still persists.
I can also provide a recording of the bug.
