Imagine there are 1000 different devices - you try to fix a bug for everyone and it turns out that it was fixed for everyone but a new bug appeared for 500 of the devices for fixing the previous. And you fix the new bug on 100 devices, something goes wrong with the other 400 devices. It is an infinite loop from that point. It really takes a few hours to fix a bug for a device, but to avoid the bug from creating 10 more bugs - it takes quite a lot of the times.

I understand the bugs are very unfortunate, but there's really no easy fix for these. Please be patient with the devs, and try to understand that they don’t want people to have a bad experience. They do their best, but this stuff doesn’t just happen super quickly.

So we have the best process now, i.e your are the only one responsible to secure your account, protect your own acc, have enable 2fa. Do not enter/ share your credentials on fake UC/ skin websites.
In addition to that, the game provides option to link 2 social media accounts. Also customer service helps to revoke access of you can prove the ownership of the account if you have access to one of the linked account, as mention in #faq 2.7
