@peak karma With 0.5% odd, you need to spend up to 24K UC to get a mythic item. But since every time you receive random item, there's a chance you will never receive the things you want. There are a lot of items in the crate, the game don't know you want just the "m4 skin." It isn't AI bot. It will give you random items.

Again, if you need something specific, go for the shop, not the crates. The crate system is all about luck.

You can do some self testing with a new game profile. Like play with Account B on a new phone and see if the problem is still there or not, play with Account B on a new phone with a completely different sim card (grab someone else's sim card) and try to see if the problem persists there and come to a single solution where it doesn't it. You are the only one who can help yourself. So, take the steps wisely!
